Our Commitment to GDPR
Hubbi Ltd is fully committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page outlines the measures we have implemented to protect your personal data and uphold your rights.
Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who oversees our data protection strategy and compliance. You can contact our DPO at dpo@jobrite.co.uk.
Data Processing Register
We maintain a comprehensive Record of Processing Activities (ROPA) documenting all personal data processing activities, their purposes, legal bases, and retention periods.
Data Protection Impact Assessments
We conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for any processing activities that pose a high risk to individual rights and freedoms, including our AI job matching system.
Data Subject Rights
We have established procedures to respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) within the statutory 30-day period. To submit a request, email privacy@jobrite.co.uk. We will verify your identity before processing any request.
Data Breach Response
We have a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay where required.
Third-Party Compliance
All third-party processors are vetted for GDPR compliance and bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We use only processors that provide sufficient guarantees of appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Technical & Organisational Measures
We implement: encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls and multi-factor authentication, regular security testing and vulnerability scanning, staff data protection training, and data minimisation principles.
International Transfers
Personal data is stored and processed within the UK. Any international transfers are governed by UK International Data Transfer Agreements or Adequacy Regulations as applicable.
ICO Registration
Hubbi Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. Our registration number is available upon request.
