Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jobrite platform, operated by Hubbi Ltd ("Jobrite", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using Jobrite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
"Customer" means any person who uses Jobrite to request home or garden maintenance services. "Tradesperson" means any accredited professional who provides services through the Jobrite platform. "HomeCare Plan" refers to our recurring subscription maintenance service. "Job" means any service request placed through the platform.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Jobrite.
4. Services
Jobrite connects Customers with Tradespeople. We vet all Tradespeople through our accreditation process, but the contract for work is between the Customer and Tradesperson. Jobrite facilitates payment, communication, and dispute resolution but is not a party to the service contract.
5. HomeCare Subscription
HomeCare Plans are billed monthly at the rate displayed at sign-up. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
6. Payments & Fees
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Customers agree to pay the quoted amount upon job completion. Tradespeople agree to our commission structure as outlined in the Tradesperson Agreement. Prices include VAT where applicable.
7. Cancellations & Disputes
Customers may cancel a job up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Disputes should be raised within 14 days of job completion. We provide a dispute resolution process for both parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hubbi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
